The founder, Marty Casault has been in the business of consumer electronics his entire career beginning with retail in 1986, distribution/manufacturers sales and service rep and then direct sales before starting Encompass Home Automation in April 2010.
The team has over 50 years of experience in audio and video automation and integration and truly has a passion for residential and commercial audio and video. The team is specially trained in Control 4 programming, residential and commercial networking and all aspects of installations to ensure all custom integration of your smart home.
There are other home automation businesses to choose from, but not many have the experience and passion of Encompass Home Automation.

OUR UNIQUE PROCESS
We like to start our relationship by meeting with you and discussing things you have seen or heard about with a smart home audio/video automation system. We will talk in terms you will understand. Although each system has a common infrastructure, we customize your project to cater to what you need and not what you have been told you need. We strive to be on the same page with a clear and precise plan and allow the ability for your system to be scaled up in the future or add features as they become available.
Our team will design, install, program, and teach you how your system works with the utmost care and professionalism. We will continue to be available to you long after the project is complete to help you learn the system, consult on future upgrades, or troubleshoot if ever anything doesn’t seem quite right.
BRAINSTORMING
A favorite part of the entire process for us is meeting with our clients and getting to know each other. How else can we effectively deliver professional service and value if we don’t spend time talking about ideas and solutions, budgets, available technologies and client expectations and questions? Our first meeting will set the stage for the rest of our experiences together with the goal to deliver just what was expected.
DESIGNING
During the design phase is where the ideas start to develop into something real. Whether it’s professional blueprints or a sketch written on a napkin; one room of audio and video or a full home automated system – we take pride in the fact that we treat each client with the same set of standards and respect. We make sure that during the design process – every “i” is dotted and every “t” is crossed so that together we can deliver what the client expects.
COMPLETION
Nothing gives us more satisfaction than when the system we have designed together is installed and programmed and the client gets to use it and see its functionality for the first time. The reaction when going through each room of audio and video, controlling the lights and shades and demonstrating an action scene in the new home theater for a client really makes our job gratifying. “Wow, that is awesome” are words we hear many times.
